SHIPPING POLICY

We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 1 to 2 business days AFTER the day you order (we do not ship same-day, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays).

U.S. Express orders ship the first business day after you order, via 2-Day Air (deliveries are subject to FedEx discretion about weekend delivery).

NOTE: Oversize and overweight orders may incur additional shipping charges after ordering. Taxes will be applied on all international shipping orders. Domestic taxes should be calculated in the shopping cart.

Please also note that the shipping rates are based on weight-average per order amount--we cannot offer true weight-based shipping rates.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (all sales are final on Clearance merchandise; no returns accepted). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item, etc. Please contact us before returning).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
